  • We currently ship across India.

  • Delivery locations are subject to courier service availability.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

  • Non-metro / remote areas: 5–7 working days
    Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier or external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order values.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD option is available on selected pin codes.

  • Additional COD charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or incorrect address details.

  • In case of non-delivery, please contact our support team for assistance.

8. Damaged Packages

  • If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the delivery.

  • Inform us immediately with photos/videos for quick resolution.

9. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping details.

  • Any re-shipping due to incorrect address may incur additional charges.
